The registration fee includes the following:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Official conference documentation
- Conference bag with complete conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Conference Dinner
- Admission to factory visit at ContiTech Rubber Industrial Ltd. – Manfucturer of rubber compounds, conveyor belts and large bore hoses.
- VAT is included in the fees according to Hungarian VAT Law
Payments
Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before 15 September 2020.

Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 15 September 2020. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
